Our thoughts, beliefs and emotions affect our health and guide our relationships and daily lives. These invisible processes are subconscious, but often manifested in conscious choices, decisions, dramas, all leading to different life experiences, and traumas.

Wide variety of problems such fear and phobias, anxiety and stress, depression and emotional traumas, loss and grief, loneliness and sadness, shame and frustration, suppressed anger and resentment, cravings and addictions triggered by anxiety, chronic physical pain fueled by stress, can be re-visited and slowly, yet surely transformed. Yes, it takes determination, personal action, loving patience and continuous work… But one thing is certain - joy, as a basic emotion, can be harvested daily, if you don’t give up on your becoming.
